What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen! We ask for a minimum of 1 hour notice if you will not be attending your lesson.  Cancellations given less than 1 hour in advance may be charged. If you do not show up to your lesson and no notice was given, you will be charged the lesson fee.


What is policy regarding illness?
We all get sick, and it's never fun. We ask that if you are running a fever, coughing, sneezing..etc, please do not attend your lesson. You will not be charged if you cancel your lesson prior to attending. If you attned your lesson and are visible ill (coughing, sneezing, running nose..etc) you will be asked to leave and you will be charged for the lesson.  Help us keep our studio healthy and safe for all!


Do I need to/can I stay while my child is having their lesson?
We leave this up to you! You are welcome to stay in the lesson room, wait in our waiting area, or leave and come back. Please note that lesson slots tend to be back to back, so please return at least 5 minutes before the end of your child’s lesson, should you leave. Children may not be left unattended in our waiting area, and while siblings are welcome during lesson times, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
